- Oblatio’s Responsibility: If the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item), we will provide a prepaid return label.

2. Refund Policy

- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

1. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
